Territorial analytical documents (ZAP) are part of spatial planning documents, the task of which is to assess the current state and development trends of the territory. These documents are necessary for a wide range of activities in the field of spatial planning and development. Territorial analytical documents include the identification and evaluation of the state and development of the territory, its values, limits of land use, plans to make changes in the territory, identification and evaluation of conditions for sustainable development of the territory and identification of problems to be solved in the spatial planning documentation. In 2024, we prepared an update for administrative districts of municipalities with extended competence Frýdek-Místek, Cheb Odry, Poděbrady, Přerov, Slaný and Trhové Sviny.
