The concept focuses on the analysis of the housing situation, available resources and opportunities to provide housing for selected groups of residents, in particular support for people involved in the provision of important public services in the city district — for example in social services, health care, education or the integrated rescue system. At the same time, it also addresses the needs of disabled and socially disadvantaged people. Part of the concept is the evaluation of the condition of the housing stock of the Prague 13 district, the possibility of managing the property of the city district and the capital city of Prague on its territory, as well as the assessment of existing and planned development projects. The concept also deals with the possibilities of involving the city district in these projects, for example through contributions. The output will be a proposal for the definition of affordable housing for the needs of the Municipal District of Prague 13, rules for prioritization of target groups and rules for the allocation of affordable housing to individual applicants.
