The course is focused on the development of a creative analytical approach to performing administrative activities, solving problems, creating strategies, evaluating situations in a transforming society, aimed at early identification of risks, potential threats and their solutions (often non-standard), both in organizations and in the wider area. The aim of the course is to provide participants with the above-mentioned skills on the basis of practical exercises for evaluating situations (case studies) so that they are applicable in their everyday practice. Other objectives of the program include familiarizing participants with the processes of how to correctly determine the research and analytical problem and determine the method of solution using the available resources and using new solutions in crisis situations.
