The evaluation commissioned by the Ministry for Regional Development is carried out by PROCES in cooperation with České priority, z.ú. The aim of the evaluation is to analyse the territorial distribution of IROP interventions in the 2014-20 and 2021+ programming periods. It also includes the formulation of recommendations for the targeting of further interventions of this operational program and the proposal of a systemic adjustment in the process of obtaining feedback.
Specification of evaluation objectives:
- evaluate the regional distribution of investments in the area of social infrastructure IROP 2014–2020 using geographical methods and imagery, provide feedback and formulate recommendations aimed at better targeting of future interventions;
- evaluate the 5 areas of IROP 2021-2027 interventions and propose complementing the monitoring and evaluation system of these interventions in terms of meeting the objectives of the CFR 2021+, evaluation of the IROP program, Territorial Impact Assessment (TIA) application and territorial dimension, specifically these will be interventions in the areas of: Clean and Active Mobility; Culture and Tourism; Social Infrastructure; Educational Infrastructure; Green Infrastructure.
