Notice to business partners

PROCES – Centre for Municipal and Regional Development, Ltd. hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 431 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., that its employees are authorised to act only within the scope of the authority granted to them and in matters customary for their positions. Contracts and other legal acts may be executed on behalf of the company only by its statutory body in the manner entered in the Commercial Register, or by a person expressly authorised by a specific written power of attorney. Every contract must be made in writing.
