The subject of the performance is the comprehensive processing of the “Concept of Culture of the City of Havířov 2022-2030” as a basic development document for the field of culture setting out the conditions for improving the existing offer for residents and visitors to the city. The concept includes long-term solutions that will be sustainable with regard to financing from public budgets and are based on the principle of supporting the diversity of cultural offer in Havířov. As part of the performance, the current documents are revised, the current data are collected and evaluated, the analytical, design and implementation parts are processed. The concept is elaborated in accordance with the applicable legislative environment and valid strategic documents of the city of Havířov and the Moravian-Silesian Region.
