The aim of the course is to familiarize seminar participants with current trends in housing policy and, in this context, with socio-economic processes in cities and with the possibilities of responding to them in shaping the housing policy of the city. Attention will be paid to the financial models of the municipal housing policy, the design of financing options, both for maintaining the existing housing stock and in the preparation of new construction, including the design of a comprehensive system of solutions for the entire city.
