New Housing concept of the statutory city of Přerov until 2035, aims to introduce a comprehensive approach to the systematic development of individual areas of housing, this means all types and forms of housing for all target groups of citizens, development of the Přerov housing stock, and contribute to the promotion of long-term strategic plans and investments in the field of housing, including the preparation of new locations and projects. When creating this conceptual document, we applied modern methods and principles of evidence-based policy to comply with European standards and recommendations. The document contains a thorough analysis of the current situation and the use of relevant information to determine optimal measures for the future development of cities and the improvement of housing quality.
