The aim was to develop a general methodological recommendation for public administration of the Czech Republic based on an analysis of the links between strategic documents and financial resources. The general methodological recommendation was issued by the MMR within its competence in the field of development of strategic work in public administration. During the analysis, emphasis was placed both on the method of calculating costs and on the specific provision of financial resources. The analysis will provide information in the field of strategic planning from the identification of non-financial sources, through methods of estimating financial costs, drawing up a budget for the implementation of the strategy, determining sources of financing to the method of securing them. In total, 30 strategic/conceptual documents were analyzed within the contract, including the processing of examples of good practice.
