The strategic development plan of the municipality of Velká Polom with a view to 2035 was prepared as a comprehensive development document in accordance with the methodology for the preparation of public strategies approved by Resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 71/2019.
In the analytical part, a thorough analysis of the state of the municipality was carried out – from demography, infrastructure and economy to civic amenities and administration of the municipality. The design part is based on the defined values and vision of the municipality. The three thematic areas (Quality of Life of the Population, Territorial Development, Municipal Management and Support for the Business Environment and Tourism) contain specific strategic and specific objectives and measures. It also includes an action plan and project stack for the period 2025–2030, created in cooperation with the working and steering group. The implementation part focuses on the description of the implementation of the strategy and proposes a monitoring system.
