The subject of the contract was the preparation of the Strategic Development Plan of the city of Vítkov for the period 2022-2031 as one of the basic development documents, expressing the expected development of Vítkov in the long term of 10 years. The elaboration of the strategic plan is based on the methodology approved and elaborated by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic. As part of the preparation of the strategic plan, partnership with the contracting authority and reaching a common consensus in the preparation of the strategic plan, which builds on the best practices used in the previous planning period, were key.
