The aim of the contract is to prepare a strategic plan for the city of Hradec Králové as a long-term development document of the city, which will be one of the determining documents for the future development of the city and an expression of its self-governance. The subject of the contract is the preparation of a communication strategy, analysis of the strategic plan from the previous period, preparation of the analytical, strategic and implementation part, and related negotiations with working groups, committees and the public.
