The subject of the contract is the preparation of an update of the Strategic Development Plan of the Ostrava-Jih City District for the period 2026–2030 and the creation of a follow-up Action Plan. The basis is the evaluation of the existing strategic document, updating the analytical part and goals based on new data and trends, and incorporating participatory input from citizens and experts. The process takes place in four stages – from analytical and communication activities to the preparation of final documents, including press promotion. Emphasis is placed on broad public engagement through sociological research, public deliberations, sentiment maps and articles in local media. An integral part of this is the Environmental Impact Assessment (SEA). The outputs will include the design of a system of measurable indicators and infographically processed materials for political representation and the public. The whole project is visually and contentually aligned with the identity of the fajnOVA Ostrava-Jih brand.
